We provide a wide range of professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
Residential Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-Out Cleaning
Airbnb Turnovers
Post-Construction Cleaning
Office & Commercial Cleaning
We do not use eco-friendly products unless specifically requested in advance, and additional charges may apply.
3. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our official website (if applicable).
Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate address and access instructions at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $50 fee.
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling or trip charge may apply.
5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure safe and clear access to the property.
Secure pets and remove fragile or high-value items from cleaning areas.
Notify us of any special instructions or surfaces that require specific care.
We are not responsible for damage to items not properly installed, pre-existing damage, or surfaces not disclosed as delicate.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning:
Contact us within 24 hours of service.
We’ll gladly return to address any missed areas at no extra charge.
After 24 hours, all work is considered approved and accepted.
7. Limitations of Liability
Ascencion General Construction Services LLC is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Improperly secured valuables
Indirect or incidental damages beyond the cost of service provided
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
The work environment is unsafe or hazardous
The client is disrespectful, aggressive, or abusive
The service requested is outside our scope or violates any policies
9. Privacy
